A Thrilling Tahoe Outdoor Experience Awaits You!
For a unique, exciting Tahoe outdoor experience, come to Soar Truckee and fly as silently as an eagle high above the Sierra Nevada and Lake Tahoe. Our FAA certified glider pilots will introduce you to the joys of soaring. After being towed into the air, your pilot will release from the tow plane and the glider will silently ride the rising currents of air for which Truckee is world famous.
Choose from one of our packages for 1 or 2 people for your adventure or get the feeling of what it is like to be a pilot by taking an introductory lesson with one of our Certified Flight Instructors.

Martis View
You will be towed high over the Martis valley on this exciting ride which lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Two - $ 250
Tahoe Vista
You release high above Brockway pass for a spectacular view of lake Tahoe from the northern rim. Approximately 20-30 minutes.

Sierra Vista
Our very best ride. You will climb a mile above the floor of the valley where on a clear day unparalleled views of the northern Sierra will be enjoyed. 30-40 minutes. One - $ 340
Two - $395
Introductory Lessons
During an introductory lesson (for one passenger only) you get a chance to fly the aircraft hands-on. You will fly with a Certified Flight Instructor and can log the flight time toward a glider rating.
Option A -15-20 minutes - $ 250
